  • Phone Support:\u00a0 Feel free to call The Computer Doctor staff with any system related issues.\u00a0 We will attempt to solve your problem over the phone in order to reduce your downtime.<\/p><\/li>

  • After Hours Support:\u00a0 No additional charge for after hours calls on on-site service.<\/p><\/li>

  • Spyware Removal: Spyware is increasingly becoming a problem in business.\u00a0 The programs to remove spyware are changing constantly in an effort to keep up with spyware changes, but they are not succeeding.\u00a0 The Computer Doctor will run the most effective spyware removal program each month on every computer in your office.\u00a0 We will also manually identify malicious programs the spyware removal missed and remove them.\u00a0 There is no need for the customer to purchase spyware utilities, nor spend time trying to remove spyware.<\/p><\/li>

  • Registry Maintained:\u00a0 The registry on each computer will be scanned monthly and repaired.<\/p><\/li>

  • Antivirus Maintained:\u00a0 Antivirus updates and scans will be monitored on a monthly basis.\u00a0 Any patches needed will be applied.\u00a0 This should prevent customer downtime due to inadequate scans and updates.<\/p><\/li>

  • Disk Utilities:\u00a0 Hard disks will be checked monthly to fix corrupt files and directories.\u00a0 Performance utilities will be run to keep your drive in good working order.<\/p><\/li>

  • Break\/Fix Hours:\u00a0 In the event that the customer still needs on-site service, The Computer Doctor will provide 1 hour per computer on maintenance at no additional cost.<\/p><\/li>

  • Discounts for Projects:\u00a0 Extra service time for projects or other problems that may arise will be provided at the discounted rate of $75 per hour.<\/p><\/li>

  • Symantec Antivirus Software:\u00a0 There is no need for the customer to purchase antivirus software.\u00a0 The Computer Doctor will provide Symantec Antivirus for all computers on maintenance.<\/p><\/li>

  • Web Hosting:\u00a0 The Computer Doctor will provide basic web hosting and domain registration.<\/p><\/li>

  • Email Hosting:\u00a0 Up to 500 email address provided with your domain name.\u00a0 The Computer Doctor will manage this domain and\/or show your staff how to manage addresses.<\/p><\/li>

  • Off-Site Backup:\u00a0 Using the latest secure remote backup software, The Computer Doctor will backup your database and user files to our server daily. This provides the customer with an immediate off-site backup solution. The backup software keeps a daily history--not an overwritten backup. This means we can restore a document from any previous date of the backup, not just the past week or month.\u00a0 If a file was corrupt and backed up, we would go to the last day the file was intact.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t
