See exactly what the problem is and how much it is going to cost to fix you computer.\n\n\n\n<p class=\"price_font\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>$25<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"left\"><strong>Priority Bench Fee<\/strong>\nYou don't have to wait for your turn in line. Your computer is automatically put on our work benches to begin our diagnosis.\n\n\n\n<p class=\"price_font\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>$75<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"left\"><strong>Computer \"Spring Clean\"<\/strong>\nWe will blow out all of the dust and grime from the inside of your computer. We will also blow out your fans to make them run longer and quieter.\n\n\n\n<p class=\"price_font\" align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">$35<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"left\"><strong>Data Backup\n<\/strong>We will backup your data to CD(s), DVD(s), or External Hard Drive for you. This includes the required software to run the hardware. *If hardware doesn't work there will be an extra $25 to troubleshoot.\n\n\n\n<p class=\"price_font\" align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">$25<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"left\"><strong>Spyware\/Virus Removal<\/strong>\nWe will remove spyware and viruses from your computer. If to much damage has been done to you operating system, we will suggest a reload. Norton Antivirus software is not included.\n\n\n\n<p class=\"price_font\" align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">$85<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"left\"><strong>Windows Reload <\/strong>\nWe will save all your requested data, reinstall your operating system, device drivers, and software that you provide. (We cannot save programs. If you do not have the software disk, your software will not be on your computer when you get it back.)\n\n\n\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"right\">With computer disks<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><span class=\"price_font\"> $125<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\nWithout computer disks <strong><span class=\"price_font\" style=\"color: #993300;\">$135<\/span><\/strong>\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"left\"><strong>Computer Disposal Fee<\/strong>\nIf you no longer want your computer, we can dispose of your computer for you. We will destroy your hard drive so none of your personal data will never get out.\n\n\n\n<p class=\"price_font\" align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">$25<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"left\"><strong>Data Recovery\n<\/strong>If you have accidentally reformatted or deleted files, we can attempt to retrieve those for you. The base price is required whether or not we can retrieve your data. Only after your data has been retrieved will the other costs come into effect.\n\n\n\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"right\">Base price <strong><span class=\"price_font\" style=\"color: #993300;\">$50<\/span><\/strong>\nMinimum 40GB<strong><span class=\"price_font\" style=\"color: #993300;\"> $150<\/span><\/strong>\nFor every 10GB after the 40GB add <strong><span class=\"price_font\" style=\"color: #993300;\">$5<\/span><\/strong>\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n--><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h3\" align=\"center\">Office Pricing<\/h3>\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"left\"><strong>Office Service Call<\/strong><br \/>\nWe come to your office to fix your computer problem. If it is something we figure out will be more cost efficient for you, we will bring your computer back to our store to finish the repair. Then you will only be charged a half hour pick up and a half hour drop off. Service call time begins from the time we leave our store location.<\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"right\"><strong><span class=\"price_font\" style=\"color: #993300;\">$95<\/span><\/strong>\/hour<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"BodyText\" align=\"left\"><strong>Priority Office Service Call<\/strong><br \/>\nYou will not have to wait for us to make time for you. You will get the same time privilege as our Contract Customers. You will have a 4 hour turn around for us to get out to your office. If it is something we find out will be more cost efficient for you, we will bring your computer back to our store to finish. Then you will only be charged a half hour pick up and a half hour drop off. Service call time begins from the time we leave our store location.
